They call the police and investigate the house but the corpse is now gone. Hamilton Timberman, the inhabitant of the house, claims there was no dead body. As Hamilton Timberman goes to his bedroom his brother, Hadrian Timberman, returns home. Conan returns that night to discover that Hamilton Timberman was the corpse. Conan realizes that Hadrian, disguised himself as his brother in order to convince the police that Hamilton was alive. Conan gets Hadrian's confession on the phone and gives it to the police and Hadrin is arrested.

They call the police and find out the sniper, Charles Mulligan, and his wife, Erin Mulligan, were recently reported missing. The message is broken when Conan turns the calculator upside down to discover the actual code. The code reveals that Charles is going to shoot someone on the Shoho train on the 29th at 1:00pm. Conan and the police manage to track the sniper down and rescue him and his wife. The men holding Charles hostage were part of the Tiger Dragons gang and wanted to assassinate the prosecutor, for arresting their leader.

Scenario: A woman named Michelle Hamlet shows up at Kogoro's Detective Agency and asks him to find Kent Hamlet, her father. Rearranging Kent's cat's name, they realize it's the name of a racing horse. They find him at a horse track but the next day, Kent is found dead and Michelle missing. Conan remembers that he accidentally placed a tracker on Michelle but the batteries in his glasses run out. Another detective is discovered who is tracking Michelle down for his client Aaron Hamlet. After Conan's glasses are recharged, they head to Michelle's location and find Aaron dead. Conan realizes that the Hamlets are connected to a billion yen robbery and that a disguised Michelle passed them in the hall. Conan follows her and finds her with her boss, O'Brian. O'Brian plans to remove all evidence of his involvement and prepares to shoot her but is knocked out by Conan. Michelle confesses that she left the money at the hotel and thanks Conan for his help.

Scenario: Kogoro receives a letter with a large sum of money from Kasper Austin requesting that he investigate Moon Light island. On the island, they discover that Kasper was a famous pianist and has been dead for twelve years. They believe the client wanted them to investigate Kasper and so they decide to question the Mayor. They learn that Kasper's piano is in the community hall and that the previous mayor was discovered dead with the song Moonlight Sonata playing in the background. Moonlight Sonata was the same song Kasper played on his piano during the fire that killed him. During the funeral for the previous mayor, Moonlight Sonata is heard from the piano room and they find another man murdered there. Conan interprets the letter as indicating that the murders are just starting. Conan and the others spend the night near the piano along with Dr. Nadia Adams. The police interrogate everyone the next day who where at the funeral but another man is murdered. Music notes left by the killer reveal that he is avenging Kasper Austin. From further investigation of Kasper's music sheet Conan realizes the killer is Dr. Nadia Adams. Conan, through Kogoro, reveals that she has been creating alibis by reporting the wrong times of death. Conan also deduces that Dr. Adams is Kasper's son, Simon Austin. He disguised himself as a woman to get revenge on those who murdered his family. Simon escapes to the community hall where his father's piano is and sets the building on fire. Conan tries to convince him to escape from the building by showing him Kasper's dying message. Simon, grateful for Conan's attempt, throws him out the window. Simon then plays Moonlight Sonata as the building burns down around him, just like his father.

Ran and Conan decide to go to Ryoko's apartment and wait for Shinichi. Conan discovers that Mamoru Akagi, a star soccer player Akagi Hideo's little brother, has been kidnapped. The kidnapper demands that Hideo lose a game or he will never see Mamoru again. Using a clue from Mamoru' video game, they locate him at the house of Hideo's friend and rival, Uemura Naoki. Naoki reveals he did it as revenge against Hideo who broke Naoki' leg during practice, sabotaging his chance to become a star soccer player. Nicolas regrets his actions when Hideo announces on television that he wished Naoki was there because they could have scored more goals together.

Sasai has a perfect alibi substantiated with photographs. Conan re-examines the photo and with supporting clues is able to prove that Sasai is the murderer. Through Kogoro, Conan explains that the pictures were taken at the festival the previous year using the same camera. Sasai saved the camera until the day of the murder. As proof he points out that some of the pictures show an untanned line on Sasai's wrist. Sasai discloses that he murdered Imatake out of vengeance, as his first published work was stolen by Imatake.

Scenario: Ran forces Conan and Kogoro to visit a museum where she heard reports of a medieval suit of armour moving on its own. They find an unguarded restricted area at the museum. Inside they find Mr Minaka, the museum owner, dead and pinned to the wall with a sword. They examine the security camera and find out Minaka was killed by the suit of armor. A piece of paper is discovered that appears to reveal Koboda as the murderer. Conan realizes that Minaka's pen was retracted at the time of death and that Kaboda is being framed. Conan drops hints allowing Kogoro to determine that Mr O'Donnell, the museum's director, is the murderer. O'Donnel confesses he did this to protect the museum from becoming a casino and attempted to frame Kaboda since he was secretly selling museum art pieces. The museum remains open as the public protested against its destruction.

Conan deduces that John's son, Joseph Woodman, may be in danger. They find Mr. Oswald, Tommy's father, and Joseph at the park just in time to prevent the son's murder. John decides not place any charges and comforts Mr Oswald regarding his son's death. Conan manages to deceive Ran that evening about his true identity; by having Agasa call her as if he were Shinichi.

Through Kogoro, Conan reveals that Keenan's adopted mother murdered him for the insurance money. She put poison in the coffee served to everyone. The cake everyone except Keenan ate was the antidote to the poison. The adopted mother reveals she needed the money in order to save the family house after her husband's business failed. Later, Ran holding a box of chocolate for Shinichi, decides to eat it with Conan.

Conan realizes a woman on the cellphone mentioned she liked viewing the mountains but her seat was facing the sea. He realizes the men's seats were facing the mountains and deduces that she was the one who met them. Conan, armed with his new power kicking shoes invented by Agasa, manages to kick the briefcase off the train before it explodes. The woman and the two men are later arrested.

Three men have been following the kids. With Conan's quick thinking, they capture the men. The three men are Mafia members and the gold was hidden from them by a traitorous accomplice. Later, Ayumi gives Conan a kiss on the cheek, thanking him for saving them while Mitsuhiko and Genta stare jealously.

Well later he goes back to the house of Ran, wich that he were looking to Kogoro and wree thinking that it is impossible to make Kogoro a great detective.

Ayumi, Genta and Mitsuhiko finds the place were Conan is and evenly sees a car stopped at the place were Conan stays. Ayumi sees then a mysterious woman and a mysterious men, wich that Ayumi knows her directly. Kogoro wakes up bicause Yoko Okino is on TV, wich later a client appeared at the office of Kogoro. Kogoro has no any time for the client and tells him to her, wich that he later sees that it is Yoko Okino and were starring at the TV wich that Yoko were telling is a tape, wich that Kogoro runs to his room to dress hisself perfect, wich that he appeared verry clean, and evenly Conan thinks stupid about him. Yoko tells Kogoro later that she were been followed by a mysterious stalker. Kogoro then helps her and must put her autograph on various papers and then goes off to Yoko's appartment.

Shinichi then explains that two mysterious men in black persons knock him first out and forrced him to take an strange poison. While then that Conan don't notice that he's just a kid, he want's to solve the case, but after that they don't believe him and put him out of the side, he noticed that he's completely hopeless. While then after that Conan take on a ball and evenly clears up his mind, he then noticed something, while then that later the the butler were been acting all strange towards them and evenly were known as the kidnapper. While then after that Kogoro knows that the butler is the kidnapper, Conan feels something that Akiko is more in danger, while then later the comapny president gets a phone call from the originall kidnapper, wich that he's the one who kidnapped Akiko. Later on then that Akiko were saying that she's seeing a chimney, Conan runs of with one of the dogs of the company president. While then that Conan hase been seeking of various kinds of Chimneys around the area, he later then sees an skyscraper wich that on the other side hase a form of a chimney and then evenly noticed were Akiko hase been hidden. After that Conan meets the kidnapper and the dog were been sent for the attack, Conan then runs off to Akiko wich that Akiko ask him who he is, Conan almost exposed his identity as Shinichi Kudo but he tells his own name. While that the dog hase been hitted and runs off, it's now the turn on Conan.

Conan then attacks the kidnapper, wich that the kidnapper gets him and throw him away, evenly Conan noticed that his strenght hase been lowered, while then he sees a soccer ball and kicked him with strenght, wich that the kidnapper catch is easly, wich that Conan also noticed that his kick power hase been lowered. The company president then gives the butler more the blame, suddenly then Akiko jumps in to protect the butler, wich that it were never happened if the company president hase time for her. Then he cames up to go for 3 weeks to Australia were Akiko always wanning to go, later then Akiko say to Conan "Farwell Detective" wich that Ran were looking strange to Conan and Conan then shows of to Kogoro that he's the one being called Detective. Then later in the Taxi, Ran ask Kogoro if Conan can stay by them, later then Kogoro were happy if Conan stay, bicause he could maybe be Kogoro's lucky charm in solving cases.

Episode 1: Roller Coaster Murder Case

Scenario: Shinichi Kudo, the famous high school detective of Japan is solving a case about the bank-owner that's been murdered. Shinichi states that the host is the person who killed him, and throws a globe at him to prove that his broken leg has healed. With the culprit escaping, Shinichi kicks a soccer ball to knock him down.

A day later in Beika City, Shinichi wakes up to the loud noise created by Professor Agasa. While Shinichi dresses Professor Agasa's wounds, the professor explains that he's testing his jet-pack, and that he'll he's going to make a fortune out of it.

Later, Kogoro Mouri, a private detective, is seen hitting Shinichi's face on the newspaper because the growing fame of the high school detective is putting him out of business. His daughter, Ran Mouri, tells him to knock it off.

As Shinichi's walking to school, he sees the people around him praising his deeds and starts laughing. Ran comes out and smacks him for laughing idiotically, and proceeds to tell him that she's not in a good mood because her father's going out of business. Shinichi then talks about how stupid her father is, and with that, Ran laughs sarcastically and punches a nearby pole to "prove" that she's not angry.

An school, a soccer ball lands near Shinichi, and he kicks the ball into the goal. Ran then talks about how good at soccer he is and if he was still on the team, he would have become an international hero. Shinichi then explains that he plays soccer to stay sharp, just like how Sherlock Holmes, his idol, fences. He then continues to ramble on about Holmes. Ran says that he's a detective freak, and Shinichi counters by showing her all the fan mails he's getting. Ran then points out that even with all the letters, he cannot stay true to one person, and Shinichi stared back at her. As the bell rings and Shinichi hurrying to class, Ran asks if he remember his promise, to which Shinichi has no clue of. Ran then reminds him that if she won the karate championship, he would take Ran to Tropical Land, and proceeds to kick him, simultaneously. Shinichi dodges all of her kicks but somehow ended up under her skirt. Then Ran smacks Shinichi away onto the ground and calls him a pervert, and Shinichi finally remembers his promise. Later at night, at an unknown location, a girl is seen crying with a broken necklace.

The next day in Tropical Land, Ayumi, Genta and Mitsuhiko are seen coming out of a ride. Genta and Mitsuhiko complain that they can't take it anymore, and Ayumi insists that they go on one more ride, the Mystery Coaster. With not enough money, they decide to sneak in for a free ride. During the wait for the ride, Shinichi begins to talk about how when Holmes met Watson, Holmes was able to deduce that Watson was a military surgeon by simply shaking his hand. Shinichi then proves that by taking a stranger's hand and asks if she's a well-trained gymnast, to which she surprisingly inquires how he knows and the nearby friend asks if he knows Hitomi. Shinichi explains that she has a lot of blisters on her hand, and that blisters are formed when you grip heavy metal bars. Shinichi then tells Ran privately that he saw the girl's bruise from parallel bars when the wind blew her skirt up. An angry friend then yells at Shinichi for taking his spot in the line. Shinichi then apologizes and offers to give his spots to him, but Hitomi and her friend say that they best not bother Aiko and Kishida, who are couples and friends of Hitomi. After that Shinichi sees Aiko and Kishida making out, he thinks about his feelings for Ran, but this was interrupted when she tells him it's their turn to get onto the rollercoaster. Shinichi once again begins talking about Sherlock Holmes, and the exasperated Ran yells that she's had enough of Holmes and wanted a day out of Shinichi and why he cannot understand her feelings. The nervous Shinichi then starts to explain and Ran interrupts him by saying how she's only pretending. But Ran then tells Shinichi that she's really looking forward to the day and holds his hand as the rollercoaster's about to go down. The coaster goes into a tunnel and Shinichi feels a drop of water on his face. As the coaster comes out of the tunnel, everyone sees that Kishida has been decapitated. The police then arrives at the scene and the investigation begins.

When the police arrives, Inspector Megure were researching the cause of death by the body. Shinichi then suddenly appears for help, wich that Megure were screaming Shinichi's name, wich makes the two mysterious mens in black nervous. Shinichi then investigate the case, while then later that they were been seeing a knife with blood in the purse of Aiko, she don't know hos the knife were in there, Shinichi were then saying that it is not able to cut someones head off with a knife and mostly when it is a woman. Shinichi makes his eduction verry clear when he ask to Megure for help and show them the truth how the murder were been placed, while then that Shinichi were giving Hitomi the blame that she's the culprit, while that she where saying that she's not, Shinichi were then asking were her necless were, then evenly Shinichi wree stated that her tears where moving up the other side, wich that she confess that she's the killer. Outside the Rollercoaster Ran were been crying, wich that Shinichi were saying why she's doing that, then evenly later Shinichi sees one of the two mysterious men in black running to a dark place around Tropical Land. Shinichi sees there that one of the mysterious men in black were been blackmail a president of an company, wich that evenly later he were running off with the move but the men in black hase the money of the president. While then later one of the other member were been sneaking Shinichi behind and attacks him. While that the other gives the blacme to the other that he must gonna be carefull when he does toes things. Wile that the original plan is to shoot Shinichi one of them came with a strange poison put it into Shinichi's mouth and they were running away with the idea that's he's going to die. Shinichi then feels something weirds in his body, wich that he later is been founded by the police but then as a young child.
