Scenario: Conan and Kogoro pass by the desolate Bundo Shopping Arcade on a back street. They decide to shop at a grocery store they see called "Yaokyoshi," but the owner, Yoshinobu Yamazaki, seems to be in low spirits. Then Madame Gaga, a "producer who revitalizes run-down shopping arcades," and her assistant, Rabbit Suzuki, arrive on the scene. Madame Gaga calls out, "Let's hold a wrestling tournament to revive the shopping arcade! to revitalize the shopping arcade. The shopkeepers in the shopping arcade train their bodies in various ways, and Kogoro joins in as a referee. Under the direction of Madame and Rabbit, preparations for the wrestling tournament are steadily underway. Conan, who had come to watch the event with Ran, is concerned about something.

Kogoro and Conan pass by a lonely shopping street. They try to shop at a greengrocer that catches their eyes, but the owner, Yoshinobu Yamazaki, seems to be in a bad mood. The shopkeepers of the shopping district train their bodies through various trainings, and Kogoro will also participate as a referee. Ran, with the provocation of Cutie Mimi, also decides to fight her and prepares.

Scenario: Conan and Kogoro were attending the wedding of Shinpo Yokoyama and Sayoko Imamura. They met the groom's father, Mitsuteru Yokoyama, at Kogoro's favorite bar, and in the excitement of the occasion, they were invited to the wedding. At the venue were the wedding planner, Hiroko Nagashima, the pastor, Harutoshi Alex Kawasu , and other staff members, as well as Takehito Yamada, a close friend of Shinobu's, and Sayoko's friends. The wedding ceremony began, but just as Sayoko entered the chapel, she suddenly began to suffer and died. Sayoko's friend Naho Mizuguchi and other people in the hall say disturbing words such as, "Of course she suffered" and "She was cursed."

Scenario: A woman, Kae Nishiwaki, comes to the Mori Detective Agency where Conan and Kogoro are. She came to ask Kogoro for help, saying that someone had broken into her room while she was at work. She came to Kogoro's office because she thought the police would not believe her story because of its strangeness. Conan and Kogoro arrive at Kae's apartment and find a trunk with a ribbon on the front door. Where on earth had it been hidden until then? Then, the name of Hisashi Kujukyu, a resident of the apartment building, surfaced.

Conan and his friends think he is Hal's son from his appearance, but he, Joji Kazama, says he is her lover. Sonoko, seeing that Hal is a very wealthy woman, considers the possibility that Kazama, who is as old as her son, approached her for her money, and tries to give her some advice, but she is given the cold shoulder. When Sonoko gets angry and says, "I'm sure he's going to try to swindle you out of a lot of money for the sake of his daughter who has an incurable disease," Kazama turns sad and ...

As the conversation went on, he introduced his daughter, Yuki Kazama. She has a heart condition that is one in a million, and she seems to be concerned about the future of her father, Kazama. The contents were all strange: a rubbery cannonball flying at him while he was walking, a magnifying glass scorching his hand from a distance while he was dozing off, a smartphone exploding, and so on. Kogoro had no idea who was being targeted, so he was assigned to investigate the cause and to act as Namba's bodyguard. When he goes to talk to the people at the factory, Saburo Kusano, the president, says that he has the best track record and personality, and that it is unthinkable that anyone would target him, but his colleague Takashi Nakamura, a Hatsumei Hina identification specialist, replies with the implication that he has a good outward appearance.

Introduced by Mamiko Hirasawa, an accountant, he is asked to talk to Kazumasa Kitazawa, a magazine reporter, where the topic of industry legend Yuji Okabe comes up. Compared to Okabe's spectacular record, Namba is apparently regarded as "not bad at all, but not even close to Okabe at his peak.

The topic naturally came up during the cleaning, but Morobushi was reluctant to go into details, saying only that she looked just like a girl he used to play with as a child. Morobushi was afraid that someone else might get involved, but the four of them all said in unison, "We're not going to die!" Morobushi was encouraged by their words. Kogoro sees Inspector Megure walking in front of Cafe Poirot. He congratulates him on speedily solving a recent case, but apparently it was a false arrest. Conan joins him, and the two ask Inspector Megure about the case.  Shuhei Odawara, the landlord of a private house, is found dead. There were marks on his neck and head as if he had been strangled and beaten, respectively, and a rope and iron pipe were found at the scene. The police believe that "the murderer broke a windowpane, knocked him out, and strangled him to death with an iron pipe. Furthermore, according to the testimony of his girlfriend, Tomoko Yaguchi, her ex-boyfriend, Yosuke Kagetsu, emerged as the murderer.

 

Inspector Megure and his team went to talk to Kouzuki. There, he admits to the murder of Odawara, saying, "I was just about to turn myself in. The case seems to be speedily solved, but...

Scenario: Conan is on his way to the park with Genta and Mitsuhiko when he hears two women screaming. They head for the house where they heard the voices and find Kaoru Hirasawa and Seiko Hirasawa lying on the floor after falling down the stairs. From a conversation with Ryoji Hirasawa, who came later, they are his wife and mother-in-law, and Ryoji is the son-in-law of the family. It seems that they are just trying to get Ryoji in trouble. Later, Conan and the others see Ryoji struggling near the park as well. Ayumi says that there is a lot of talk about the Hirasawa family in the neighborhood.

The Detective Boys (without Haibara and Ayumi) are walking in the street when they hear screams in a house. It turns out a lady and her daughter felled of the stairs and they treat the boys like they are robbers. The young woman's husband is trying to help the women, but they treat him as a servant.

 

Then, the Detective Boys (this time with Ayumi) are in a park and they see the husband of the house buying food. Ayumi recognizes him and says he is Ryoji Hirasawa, the husband of the daughter of Hirasawa family, a family who owns various properties around the city. The mother Seiko Hirasawa and the daughter and Ryoji's wife Kaori Hirasawa are part of the family, when Ryoji, who previously worked in an insurance company who had business with the Hirasawas married to the daughter. Ryoji trips and falls, but the Detective Boys help him and accompany him to the house. The women keep treating Ryoji as a servant and order him to cook for them, while they go jogging, but a minutes later the boys hear a scream, and find that the women were hit by a car.

 

The women are delivered to the hospital in an ambulance. Meanwhile, Conan managed to follow the car that ran over the women, and the driver is a young lady. Conan follows the woman who arrives to Beika Hospital and talks to Ryoji, who is also there. It seems the lady is an employee of the same insurance company employee mentioned before.

Scenario: Conan and Kogoro see a news report on TV that Daijiro Butsumaru, the victim of a traffic accident, has disappeared. A woman, Fusae Mori, who witnessed the accident while out for a walk, reports it to the police with Futsumaru's driver's license, but it seems that the assailant, Hajime Inukai, has gone missing, saying that he is taking Futsumaru to the hospital. Meanwhile, the Mori Detective Agency receives a phone call. It was from Futsumaru's wife, Shoko Futsumaru.

Conan and Kogoro head for the home, where they are greeted by Shinko and her secretary, Shinya Kadokura. Their request was to "find my husband and bring him back safely. Then they receive a phone call. The caller says, "I want you to buy Butsumaru's body for 10 million yen. Conan feels uncomfortable when he sees the two men willing to pay 10 million yen without informing the police as the murderer demanded.

A man runs over Butsumaru after trying to avoid running over a cat. The only witness is an old lady.

Scenario: wo weeks ago, Kogoro and Conan meet Takayuki Suguro at Beika Central Hospital. He said to his wife, Sayaka, and his secretary, Tateru, that he have six months left to live. He was glad that he took out a life insurance policy Tateru insisted, even though Takayuki was opposed to it.

However, several days later, Takayuki was found dead at his house. It was a murder made to look like a suicide.

 

Later, Takayuki's best friend, Yoji Kanda, arrived. The day before he got a call from Takayuki, asking him to come. It seems that Takayuki was angry with someone and couldn't forgive them.

 

Several days later, someone spread a rumor that Takayuki's ghost has appeared. Kogoro and Conan and wondered who did that. Later, they hear some police car passing through detective agency. Later, they arrive at the scene, where they see Sayaka and Tateru. Masato Oshikawa, the suspect in Takayuki's murder, is found dead in his house.

The police conclude that his death is a suicide, which is done in the same way as Takayuki's murder. Sayaka and Tateru admits that they are the ones who spread the ghost rumor. Because they lacked evidence, they spread the rumor to frighten Masato. Conan then notices a suspicious man, saying that it was his fault, before goes away from the scene. The man is Fukusuke Omori, a restaurant owner. He is the one who told Masato about the rumor, but Masato didn't seem to be concerned. That means he is not the culprit.

Kogoro decides to question Tokuko Hanai, the former housekeeper of Suguro household. Tokuko tells them about the relationship between Sayaka and Tateru that she first saw two years ago, which is the main reason she stopped working. Kogoro then asks Yoji about the insurance policy. The insurance has a special accident clause, which states that if the policyholder is killed or dies in an accident, the beneficiary receives double teh payouyt. Kogoro deduces that both Sayaka and Tateru kill Takayuki to get the insurance money.

Conan is not convinced with Kogoro deduction. Later, he spots a clause which states that the money can't be collected in the event of suicide within three years after signing the contract. Conan finally knows what actually happened.

Scenario: Conan, Ayumi, Mitsuhiko, Genta, Haibara, homeroom teacher Sumiko Kobayashi, and assistant homeroom teacher Rumi Wakasa meet Amuro on the bus heading to Hatoyama Farm. Also on the bus were Junya Hizuka, Takashi Minami, and Shogo Kano, who seemed to have some purpose in mind. While Conan and his friends are spending time at the ranch, Kaisuke Hatoyama, who claims to be the rancher's brother, appears before them. Kaisuke takes Ayumi hostage, and Conan, Amuro, Mitsuhiko, and Kobayashi are locked in the basement of the office. There they find the body of the rancher, Gisuke Hatoyama, and Yuya Kazami.

Conan succeeds in contacting Haibara and the others who remained above ground, but then the three passengers on the bus and Kaisuke arrive. What is their intention?

 

Conan deduces that the three men come to the farm to find a meteorite, while Amuro deduces their job based on their behavior. Meanwhile, Haibara, Genta, and Wakasa, using a handmade lamp, find some documents on the floor, and there is a broken yellow highlighter above of it. Someone has stepped on the highlighter, leaving some footprints nearby. They also find two rocks that perfectly fit each other. However, by using the compass, the rock is not a meteorite, but an ordinary rock that got colored.

 

When Genta finds some magnets on the desk, Kazami then deduces that Gisuke found the meteorite and had it appraised by an expert. however, the expert said that it was an ordinary rock. They got into argument and the expert decided to ignore him, unaware that they stepped on the highlighter. After realizing that he had been scammed, Gisuke killed himself.

Conan then deduces that the main goal of Umisuke is to get revenge on the person who drove Gisuke to suicide. When Ayumi says that the trees she saw was wrapped with something long and skinny, Conan and Amuro realizes that those are some explosives Umisuke had stolen, and he plans to lure the three suspects to the location so that he can kill them.

Scenario: Conan, Ayumi, Mitsuhiko, Genta, and Haibara were on their way to Hatoyama Farm by bus with their homeroom teacher Sumiko Kobayashi and assistant homeroom teacher Rumi Wakasa. They were to be given new chickens to take care of at school. Also on the bus were Junya Hizuka, Takashi Minami, and Shogo Kano, who were going to the same ranch for interviews and research. However, they seemed to be on bad terms. Ayumi and Mitsuhiko are interested in a video Kano was watching on his smartphone. Mitsuhiko took a picture of it with his own smartphone, and when he tried to find out more about Kano's work, he got into trouble. He was saved by a fellow passenger, Toru Amuro. Amuro also seemed to have something to do at the ranch, so he went to...

Conan and his friends arrive at the ranch, but it is deserted. It seems that they were preparing to close the ranch to make it part of a golf course. Conan and his friends decide to go check out the chickens they are looking for until the rancher shows up. However, there were no chickens on the poultry farm. There was a large hole in the wall, and the chickens had apparently escaped through it. They decide to take a restroom break before looking for the chickens, but then Ayumi disappears.

 

Amuro get a call from Kazami, who says that he is being trapped in a room, where there is a corpse lying on the bed. Amuro decides to help Kazami.

Later, the Detective Boys along with Kobayashi dan Wakasa are on the bus heading to Hatoyama Farm. They plan to get a new chicken for the school, replacing the old one that just died. On the bus, there are three other people who also heading for Hatoyama Farm. One of them is watching a video and Mitsuhiko tries to find out about the video. Suddenly, the man gets angry and grabs Mitsuhiko's hand, asking him to erase the video. Fortunately, Amuro is also on the bus, and successfully resolves the situation.

Arriving at Hatoyama Farm, they find out that there is no one in the office. There is no chicken left in the ranch, and there is a huge hole in the side of the ranch.

While some people go to the toilet, Ayumi sees a chicken wandering around. She plans to tell Conan, but he is talking to Amuro, so she decides to quietly chase the chicken. When everybody gathers again, they realize that Ayumi is missing. They later divides into two groups; Kobayashi with Conan, Mitsuhiko, and Amuro, while Wakasa go with Haibara and Genta. When the others start searching, Amuro finds a bishop shogi piece on the ground, which he feels he has seen it before.

Ayumi manages to catch the chicken, but then found herself in the woods. There are lots of burnt branches and a weird trail on ground, along with the tree being wrapped with something. Someone then approaches Ayumi.

Conan, Mitsuhiko, Amuro and Kobayashi later meet Umisuke Hatoyama, the younger brother of Hatoyama Farm manager Gisuke Hatoyama. He admits that he saw Ayumi, but in fact she is being held hostage by Umisuke himself. He asks them to throw out their cellphone and follows his direction. Umisuke then locks them in the basement. They later finds Kazami and the corpse.

The dead man is Gisuke Hatoyama, and Conan deduces that he committed suicide. The evidence is there is no sign that he resisted when he got strangled, and his shoes are located near the desk. Kazami says that the chair was not knocked down, and there is a leather bootprints, which suggest that Umisuke, who is wearing leather boots, discovered Gisuke's body, and stood on the chair to bring the bosy down.

Using detectives badge, Conan warns Haibara, Genta, and Wakasa about Umisuke, and asks them to call the police. Suddenly, Umisuke appears, along with two other people from the same bus. Umisuke tells the two people that his brother is in the hospital ,and that he got a message to go to a certain spot on the mountain. They also decide to find the other person.

After Umisuke and the other leave, Rumi plans to use her phone to call the police, when Genta notices that there is a hole in her butt pocket. Wakasa then realizes that there is something missing. Genta then mentions about Amuro picking something earlier. Later, Wakasa's phone slipped from her hands, and falls into a bucket of water.

Meanwhile, Amuro examines the shogi piece he found. When Kazami metions about Shukichi defended his title, Amuro realized that the shogi piece is the lost Kohji Haneda's shogi piece, and he wonders if the killer of Kohji is at the ranch.

Later, Haibara tries to open the door to the office, but it is locked. Wakasa then suddenly falls down, while also breaking the window. Ayumi then wakes up, and she tells Conan what she saw.

Scenario: Conan was at Dr. Agasa's house with the members of the Detective Boys. They were watching a webcast psychic delivery of "Softie Sadao and Scaredy-cat Toshiko Visit Haunted Locations! Ayumi, Mitsuhiko, and Genta are fascinated by the video. Conan and Haibara are excited to go with them and say, "Let's go take pictures of ghosts at haunted places! Conan and Haibara accompany the excited three to an abandoned hospital.

They start filming with the goal of finding the "Open Room" on the top three floors, where the ghosts dwell. It is said to be haunted by ghosts such as a "baby red devil," a "bandaged man in a wheelchair," and a "female doctor with long black hair. Conan and his friends hear a baby crying in the hospital, as rumored, and head there, only to find a cat. While they are about to move on, Conan is the only one who feels something strange about the cat, saying, "This is what ghosts are really like. The five then headed upstairs.

The Detective Boys are watching the famous horror videomaker "Sadao and Toshiko" duo at Agasa's house. After hearing that they can make money if the video go viral, they decide to make their own video. They decide to go to an abandoned hospital, where the rumors said that there are crying red baby demon, mummy in a wheelchair, and crazy long-haired lady doctor holding a scalpel. There is also a mysterious locked room on the third floor, which is room 304.

On the first floor, they find a black cat. Conan notices that the cat is pretty friendly for a stray cat. On the second floor, they find a mummy in the wheelchair, but the mummy is just a doll. Conan notices that the doll is new, and there are some newspapers from the same day six months ago lying around the room. One of the newspaper reported about a murder-robbery.

They finally arrive at the third floor, slowly approaching room 304. The door to room 304 is full of red-colored handprint. When Haibara plans to approach the door, the black cat suddenly passes through her feet. The cat is seen approaching someone, which reveals to be a long-haired lady doctor holding a scalpel. The Detective Boys then run away from the building. Later, Conan checks the video recorded by Mitsuhiko and finds something.

Scenario: Conan, Ran, and Kogoro arrive at the residence of Yuyama Morikawa, the don of the soft-serve ice cream industry, at his request. Yuyama has cancer and does not have long to live, and he asks Kogoro to identify three brothers who are candidates for inheritance. There, the third son, Yuusaburo Morikawa, is found dead in a locked room. The second son, Yujiro Morikawa, who had been missing since the day before, was also found dead in a tank of soft-serve ice cream as a result of the search. "The next target will be me!" said Yuichiro Morikawa, the eldest son, who is distraught and hides in his room.

 

As Conan and the others return to their room to discuss the case, a gunshot rings out in the house. They rush to the house and find Yuichiro's body. Conan heads in the direction of the gunfire and runs into Tomoka Tsukasa, the chief butler. The two head for the storage room, where they find an eye-full believed to have taken Yuichiro's life. After checking the scene, Conan realizes something.

 

Yujiro's body is found inside the soft serve tank. Oi then reveals that he secretly call the police as he predicted that the police will arrive after the will has been rewritten. Yuichiro express his fear as his brothers had been killed and he is clearly the next. He then decides to return to his room.

Kogoro, Conan, and Ran return to their room and discuss the identity of the culprit. Meanwhile, Yuichiro successfully make a new flavor of the soft serve. He goes to the roof and enjoy the soft serve. He is very happy with the flavor, and with him being the only one alive, he will get all the inheritance. However, a loud sound is heard, and Yuichiro fall into the backyard. He got one shot through the heart from behind and died instantly.

Conan deduces the postion of the shooter, and later finds a rifle lying inside the tool room. He also smell something familiar. Conan then ask Yuka to show him Yuichiro's room. After investigating the room, Conan knows what happened.

Episode 1050: Intrigue at Morikawa Mansion (Part 1)

Scenario: Conan and Ran accompany Kogoro to the mansion where he has received a request. The client is Yuyama Morikawa, known as the don of the soft-serve ice cream industry. Yuyama has been diagnosed with cancer and has very little time left to live, and he asked Kogoro to advise him on his inheritance. In the mansion were the owner, Yuyama, three brothers, Yuichiro, Yujiro, and Yousaburo Morikawa, who were candidates for inheritance, Hiroki Oi, a lawyer, and Tomoyoshi Shikatsu, the chief butler. All the three brothers talk about is their inheritance. When Conan goes around the mansion, he sees that each of them is eager to get their hands on the inheritance. They fight constantly, and Tomoka, who has known them since he was a child, seems lonely.  At dinner, Yujiro is nowhere to be found among the members gathered in the dining room. The meal begins without Yujiro's arrival, and after dinner, they are informed that the will will be rewritten tomorrow afternoon.

 

The next morning, neither Yujiro nor Yuuzaburo show up at the diner. Suspicious, Conan and his friends go to check their rooms. Yujiro is nowhere to be found, and Yuuzaburo was murdered in a locked room. Kogoro tries to call the police, but is stopped by Oi.

 

Kogoro, Conan, and Ran are invited by Yuzan Morikawa to a remote island where Morikawa mansion is located. Yuzan, whose body has been consumed by late-stage cancer, asks Kogoro to help him and his lawyer, Hiroki Oi, rewriting the will, and to select one person that is worthy of inheriting his legacy.

 

Later, the group have a small tour around the mansion, lead by chief butler Yuka Shito. While they are looking at the tank room, they meet the first son Yuichiro, who is researching a new flavor for the soft serve. After that, they go to reception room, where they meet the second son Yujiro, and the third son Yuzaburo. However, it seems that the siblings always having a fight over the inheritance.

 

When it is dinner time, Yujiro doesn't show up. At fisrt, nothing feels wrong. After dinner, Oi reminds the whole group that the will shall be rewritten tomorrow afternoon. However, both Yujiro and Yuzaburo doesn't show up during breakfast. The others decide to check their rooms. Yujiro is not found in his room. Meanwhile, they found Yuzaburo lying dead in his room.

Oi stops Kogoro from calling the police, as it will be considered a breach of contract. However, he allows Kogoro to investigate the case. Conan also investigate, and even ask Yuzan some questions. He later return to their room, where Ran is thinking to have another soft serve. However, the machine is not working. Fortunately, Yuka come in and fix the machine. Suddenly, along with the soft serve, there is also some red-color stuff coming out from the machine. Conan then realized there is "something" in the soft serve tank.

Scenario: The body of Iwao Yamashita was found in an abandoned factory in Tokyo. Inspector Megure and his team arrive at the scene after receiving an anonymous tip-off, and from the condition of the body, they believe that this was not the place where he was murdered. Meanwhile, an officer from the local police department arrives at Yamashita's home after being unable to contact the family and discovers a safe with the door open in a dilapidated room, and a figurine with bloodstains and hairs lying on the floor.

 

Inspector Megure and his team confirm the scene and begin their investigation, assuming that this is the crime scene. Two days later, a person who has been persistently following the Yamashita department surfaces. When Inspector Megure hears the name of this person, Kyosuke Temukai, he becomes upset. About three years ago, he had spotted Temukata, who was working for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government at the time, in the investigation of a murder case. When asked about his alibi for the incident, he reluctantly revealed that it was a secret meeting with a certain businessman. Although his alibi for the murder was proven, Temukai lost his job when the government found out about his inappropriate relationship with a certain contractor. As a result, he is said to be harboring a recrimination against Inspector Megure. He is now in the publishing business, and it is said that he has a method of approaching socially successful people and having them write and self-publish their autobiographies. One of his targets was Yamashita.

 

Temukai says he has an alibi for the time of the murder, but apparently there are no witnesses. The morning after the murder, he had a self-inflicted car accident that destroyed his own car. Inspector Megure and his team believe that he drove the body from the murder scene and burned it to destroy evidence. Inspector Megure decides to put his own neck on the line and arrest Temukai.

Several days ago, Iwao Yamakabe was found dead at Tenma. The police then try to contact his family, but he seems to live alone. When a police officer arrives at his house at Hikaridai, he is surprised to find the living room have signs of scuffle, and the money inside the safe had been stolen. When a vase with Yamakabe's blood found at the scene, the police conclude that Yamakabe was murdered at his house around 7:00 p.m.

Two days after the case, the police found the main suspect: Kyosuke Temukai. Megure recognizes him from a murder case happened three ago, where Temukai, who worked at a government office, was one of the suspects. At that time, to prove his innocence, he confessed that he had been secretly meeting a certain businessman. However, his government office learned about the meeting, and he was fired. Currently, he operates a publishing company, where he try to get close to successful people and make them write autobiographies. Yamakabe is one of those people , and it seems he was avoiding Temukai.

The police later come to Temukai's apartment. Temukai says that he was working alone at the time of the murder. Megure then mentions that Temukai had detroyed his own car in a one-car accident on the morning after the murder. However, Temukai keep insisting that he didn't kill Yamakabe. Despite the lack of evidence, Megure is willing to risk his career, and proceed to arrest Temukai. However, the next morning, after the news reported the arrest, Yasuko Chikaba comes to the police station and confesses that she had a meeting with Temukai at her house in Tenma from the evening until around 9:00 p.m.. That is the moment when Megure knows that he has fallen into Temukai's plan. Megure then goes to Mouri Detective Agency, and tells Conan and Kogoro the full story. Kogoro decides to help Megure.

Scenario: While Kogoro is swept up in the investigation of a fake kidnapping case in the "Red Sheep Game" to test his boyfriend's courage and love, Conan and Ran encounter a red sheep in disguise on a night street. After the red sheep leaves, they find the body of Tetsuzaburo Wakabayashi, owner and head chef of the restaurant La Mucho. Conan and his friends, suspecting a connection, visit the restaurant because it is also the workplace of Ami Takigawa and her lover Ryota Beppu, who were involved in a fake kidnapping. There they meet sous-chef Kokichi Mukai, chef Daiki Kamio, and restaurant partner Motojiro Hirasawa. Scenario: A client comes to the Mori Detective Agency asking for help, "My girlfriend has been kidnapped by a red sheep! A client comes to the Mori Detective Agency asking for help. His name is Ryota Beppu. The kidnapped girl is Ami Takigawa, his girlfriend who works with him at a restaurant called "La Mucho". Beppu is threatened: "If you want Ami returned safely, come to Yonehana Park tonight at 12:00 pm by yourself, and do not inform the police. As Conan and Ran looked on, they thought to themselves, "I feel like I've seen this somewhere before. Kogoro and Beppu head to the designated park in the middle of the night and meet Ami, who does not appear to have been kidnapped. They learn that the truth behind the kidnapping is a "red sheep game" that tests the courage and affection of boyfriends and that it is currently popular on SNS.

 

Meanwhile, Conan and Ran, who are both curious about the "red sheep," meet on a night street. As they are talking, they see an eerie figure coming out of the tunnel ahead of them - it is a red sheep in a stuffed animal costume. After the red sheep left with a black Boston bag in its arms, a man was lying on the ground with a kitchen knife stuck in his chest. According to the police who arrived at the scene, the man was Tetsuzaburo Wakabayashi. He was the owner and head chef of La Mucho, the restaurant where Beppu and the others worked, and where Kogoro had been hired. Conan and the others head for La Mucho, thinking that there is a connection to the kidnapping case.

 

Ryota Beppu goes to Mouri Detective Agency, asking Kogoro to save his girlfriend, Ami Takigawa, who has been kidnapped by "The Red Sheep". Starngely, the culprit did not demand a ransom. Conan and Ran feel that they have saw a red sheep in the past.

Around midnight, Ryota go to Beika Park as The Red Sheep instructed, while Kogoro observes through the bushes. Suddenly, someone appears and run towards Ryota. It is Ami, who supposed to be kidnapped. Later, Ami reveals that it is just a game to test her boyfriend's courage and love, which is popular on social media. Knowing that, Kogoro scolds the couple.

 

At the same time, Conan is wandering around the street, when he is found out by Ran. It seems that both are curious about "The Red Sheep". Suddenly, from Beika bridge tunnel, someone in a red sheep coustume appears. However, the red sheep just passes through them. Conan and Ran then go into the tunnel, where they find a dead body.

 

 

The police arrives and investigates the crime scene. Kogoro later also arrives. Conan then mention that the red sheep's horns left a mark on the tunnel ceiling. The dead man is Tetsusaburo Wakabayashi, owner and head cook of a resturant called "La Mucho". Kogoro then remembers that both Ryota and Ami works at "La Mucho". He later go to find the couple.

The next day, Conan, Ran, and the police go to "La Mucho". Kokichi Mukai, the assistant head cook, and Daiki Kamio, the cook, confirm that the knife use to kill Wakabayashi is indeed Wakabayashi's own knife. Later, the restaurant co-owner, Motojiro Hirasawa, arrives. All the three live alone and do not have an alibi. When Conan mention about the red sheep, Kamio seems distrubed. He reveals that people have been talking about the red sheep on a video sharing site recently. There are videos uploaded where the red sheep has been scaring couples on dates and then running off. Later, Conan notices a strange mark in the kitchen.

Kogoro then arrives at the restaurant along with Ryota and Ami. Kogoro suspects that Ryota and Ami might be involved somehow. However, Wakabayashi hardly left the kitchen and never talks to Ryota and Ami, who are floor staff, so they should have nothing to do with the murder. Conan then wonders if Wakabayashi receive a threatening message, but Hirasawa says that Wakabayashi didn't have girlfriend. Suddenly, Takagi recieves a call that there is a threatening message sent to Wakabayashi's computer around 10pm.

 

The threatening messages is a video, where the red sheep says that they have kidnapped Anri and demanded 50 million yen as the ransom. It is believed that Anri is Wakabayshi's girlfriend, who he recently met through a dating app recomended by Kamio.

 

Later, Conan asks Kamio to let them see the popular red sheep video. Ran then also take a closer look at the video. Suddenly, both Conan and Ran remember that they have meet the red sheep 10 years ago at a festival. Conan then go to Beika Costume Rental Storeroom, where he found the red sheep costume. It is the same costume used as there is a mark left on the horns after it scraped the ceiling. Unfortunately, he was mistaken as a thief by the owner of the renatl store, Hideto Iwami. Luckily, Kogoro and Ran arrive at the store.

 

Iwami reveals that recently, the red sheep costume has been stolen during the night and was returned every morning. The last time the costume was rented is three weeks ago, around the time when the red sheep video was uploaded. The person who rented the costume reveals to be Motojiro Hirasawa.

During the party, when the lights in the hall go out for a slide show, they hear Mizutoshi Hanasaki, a hair and makeup artist who had been wooing the Sekizawa sisters, suffer. When the lights came back on, Hanasaki's body was there. Moreover, the word "damnation" is written on his forehead. Meanwhile, Sera remembers the day when her mother Mary turned into a child.

The police later found a large amount of poison on Hanasaki's cake. When Takagi is pointing out the position of Yumi's bag during the murder, he notices a stain on the floor. Sera says that the stain was not there before Hanasaki was killed.

Later, Chiba reports that a working marker is found in the kitchen's garbage bin. The police then suspects Hatsune, who was standing near the door leading to the kitchen. Hearing that, Hatsune complained that the police is no different from Hanasaki, who was known as serial complainer. Hearing that, Conan and Sera finally solve the case.

Scenario: Ran, Sonoko, and Sera are invited to a birthday party by their classmate Yumi Sekizawa. Yumi was born on February 16, and her sister, model Reimi Sekizawa, was born on February 15, so the party was a celebration for them. The venue was small but full of celebrities, including models, actors, and TV personalities. There were also Reimi's manager, Kushiyama, Reimi's classmate, Hatsune Tsuguo, a pastry chef, and Hanasaki Mizutoshi, a hair and makeup artist.

Conan, who had been invited by Ran to the event, looked unhappy. He had been suffering from mouth ulcers for several days, making it difficult for him to speak. Conan takes out a pill case to take some medicine before the party starts, but he hastily hides it when he realizes that Sera is peeping at him. They also meet her manager Mitomu Kushiyama, Remi's high school classmate and pastry chef Tsuguo Hatsune, and hair and makeup artist Mizutoshi Hanasaki. Yumi reveals that Hanasaki has hit on and been rejected by Remi despite having a wife and kid. Remi also complained that he even hit on her the other day. It is also the reason why Remi invited Ran, Sonoko, and Sera, so that Hanasaki can't try hitting on her.

The party goes well, and it is the time for the birthday cake. People sing "Happy Birthday", while Hatsune brings the cake into the room. After blowing the candle, Remi notices that Hanasaki's glasses are glowing in the dark. The cake then get distributed while the projector shows Remi and Yumi's childhood photos.

Suddenly, Hanasaki screams in pain, before collapsed to the floor. Not long after, the projector get turned off, and the room become very dark. One of the staff incidently broke a wine bottle. Conan then notices that there is someone near Hanasaki's head. Later, the light is turned on, revealing Hanasaki's dead body, along with the word "Divine Punishment" written on his head.

The police then come and investigate the crime scene. They found a bottle of cyanide taped beneath the table at Hanasaki's seat. Sera explains that the murder scene is a closed space, where the broken wine bottle is on the right side of the table, and the door leading to the kitchen is opened, but no one came through it, which means the suspects are the person who is in the area, including Remi, Yumi, Hatsune, and Kushiyama. Ran and Sonoko doesn't like the fact that Yumi is one of the suspects, but it is because she knows Hanasaki.

The police then start questioning the suspects. Hatsune, who is the last person to be questioned, suggests the police to search for the marker used to write down the word on Hanasaki's head. Hatsune don't have any. There is a not-working permanet marker inside Remi's bag, who is held by Kushiyama. The marker is confirmed not working before the party when Ran asked for Remi's autograph. It leaves Yumi, who has a working marker in her bag.

 

Sera suddenly receive a call from Mary, who asks if she has get the antidote. Sera tells Mary that someone is poisoned at the party, and that she will call back later. Hearing that, Mary recalls the moment she got shrunken.
